The European Organisation for Rare Diseases (Eurordis) accepted Lviv City Charitable Foundation of «Sister Delila» as an associate member.

The European Organisation for Rare Diseases (Eurordis) accepted Lviv City Charitable Foundation of «Sister Delila» as an associate member.

        The European Organisation for Rare Diseases (Eurordis) accepted Lviv City Charitable Foundation of «Sister Delila» as an associate member. This is stated in an official letter to the Foundation: ” We are pleased to inform you that your application for associate membership of Eurordis was officially approved by the Board of Directors on November 22,  2014. 

        We would like to welcome you within Eurordis. We strongly believe that bringing together all patient associations will provide people with rare diseases with a strong and unique voice. With some 600 direct member organisations, Eurordis is recognised and listened to as the European organisation specialised in the needs of patients with rare diseases.”

        The goal of Eurodis is to improve the  quality of life of patients with rare diseases living in European countries and to protect the interests of patients at the European level. All these steps contribute to the mitigation of enfluence of rare diseases on the lives of patients and their families.

        The significant is also the fact that  on February 28,  the Day of Rare Diseases is celebraited. It was initiated by Eurodis which calls the whole world to join this campaigne.            

        Once again, we call everyone to become this strong and unique voice that will be heard all over the world.
