Many years ago PHA Europe (Pulmonary Hypertension Association Europe) started the project O2Kids for pulmonary hypertension (PH) problem awareness in kids. Khrystynka Makarchuk, the patient under guardianship of CF “Sister Dalila”, became the face of this project.

This year PHA Europe renewed the project O2Kids with a special platform for fundraising and with a video about a boy Thomas, suffering from PH. The project’s goal is collecting money for portable oxygen concentrators and e-scooters for children with PH to improve the quality of their lives.

Khrystynka Makarchuk dreams of running with her sister, her friends, but her lungs say – NO!
