The Conference in Barcelona held an open discussion on positive activities towards overcoming PH and necessary changes in the future of the European Association of PH (PHA Europe).

Positive:

– Expanded PHA Europe membership, making the voice of European PH patients stronger;

– PHA Europe is positioning itself at EU level, giving many strategic partners;

– PHA Europe collaborates with the European Association of Cardiology

– etc.                                                         

Necessary changes in the future of the European Association of PH (PHA Europe):

– Attracting new pharmaceutical companies to manufacture new available treatments from PH;

– Work towards qualitative diagnosis of PH in Europe;

– Strengthening the national PH associations;

– To be involved in the research of medicines starting from the early stages.
