Head Specialist of Ministry of Health in Ukraine in “Surgery of the heart and great vessels in adults”, MD Konstantin Vladimirovich Rudenko, who must confirm the child in need of transplantation, is invited at the meeting. The legal service should coordinate legal compliance of invoice of  Fortis Healthcare Limited Clinic, India. The two main components will be crucial to approve the value of public funding of transplantation of heart and lungs in the amount of 155 ths $ for an orphan Alina Didusenko.

Natalia Gordienko, the child’s guardian, was denied to be present at the meeting and defend the interests of the ward, saying it’s an internal meeting.
