According to the program called “The Program on improving the medical care for patients with pulmonary hypertension in Lviv region for 2015”,  patients with pulmonary hypertension of Lviv region should be provided with the necessary treatment. However, the appropriate provision will be possible under the condition that your data is recorded in the register of the Healthcare Department of  Lviv Regional State Admininistration.

Make sure that you have been included in the given REGISTER and you will be given target funds by the Ministry of Healthcare according to this program (the address of the department is: Lviv, Konopnytska Street 3, tel. (032) 276-45-92, http://www.guoz.lviv.ua/)).

If you are not included in the given register, we suggest appealing either to the Healthcare Department of Lviv Regional State Administration or to Lviv City Charitable Foundation of “Sister Dalila” (http://poryatunok.info/uk/). On our website you will find information about the deadlines and the development of this program as soon as we know the details.
