Why did we come under the walls of the Lviv Regional State Administration on January 25 (it was at
the time that the Department of Healthcare of  LRSA`s report should have started)?

We defended the right of the patient to choose a doctor, including those who implements the
program. We found out that the implementation of the program for the provision of medicines for patients with pulmonary hypertension in Lviv Region is planned to be passed again to another performer.
What is the purpose?
Unfortunately, this is not a concern for patients and not empathy with the workload of a doctor.
Everything is much easier. It`s happening in order to eliminate the children`s cardiac surgery
department of the Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital (LRCH), they plan to make this department a part of
the general cardiac surgery department of LRCH.
Taking to account the medical reform in Ukraine, where the patient chooses a doctor by itself, this is
a very unpleasant situation.
We wrote an appeal to the head physician of LRCH- Mykhailo Hychka and Synyutka Oleh Mykhailovych
with a request to stop the pressure on patients in the Lviv region, to leave theiright to choose a
physician to patients and to co-finance the oblast program”Complex program of medical care
provision for residents of Lviv oblast for 2017- 2020 years ” in the part of pulmonary hypertension.
