Dear visitors of the site!!! Lviv regional council is waiting for a draft The program of improvement of medical care for patients with pulmonary hypertension in the Lviv region in 2015-2017 years !!!

There are an article on the site of the Lviv Regional Council under this name. The content of the article literally states: “As of May 13, 2015, the Lviv Regional Council hadn’t been yet provided with the draft of the program  “.

The question is: “How come on 07.15.2015 the program was under consideration of the Standing Committee on the budget of Lviv Regional Council and MPs, who participated in the meeting, expressed their recommendations of things needed to be added to the program to representative of the Department of Health LRSA – Andrew Holdun?

According to Andrew Holdun, the recommendations were implemented, and the program was transferred to the Lviv regional council to the Standing Committee on the budget of Lviv regional council.

In addition to this, DOH LRSA got an information that the program is being under consideration of the Department of Economy of LRSA, the Department of Finance LRSA without approval of which the program can’t be included on 31.08.2015 in the agenda of the session , to be held on 15.09.2015. However, according to LRSA the program will be included in the agenda of the session, despite the lack of appropriate approvals.

Continued coordination and approval of the Program threatens LIFE AND HEALTH OF patients with Pulmonary hypertension in Lviv region (during half of 2015 two patients have passed away).

Thus, the struggle for life and health continues !!!
