We invite patients with pulmonary hypertension of Ukraine to celebrate the pulmonary hypertension day on 13-15th of May 2016 in park “Horihovy rai”, near “Sokil” cinema, Lviv.

Events will be held in cooperation with the social festival “Lutyn”, NGO “Sami”, Lviv city center of social services for families, children and youth, Invasport, “Children’s Planet”.
