On the17 th and 18th of April 2015 in Warsaw (Poland) there took place European Championship in Kyokushin karate. Lviv region was represented by the national team of Ukraine consisting of seven athletes: Mytsavka Yuryi, Futerko Paul, Krasota Yuryi, Kryukov Yuryi, Osyka Oleg Moskalyk Olga, Lozinskyi Ostap.
Athletes of Lviv region supported patients with pulmonary hypertension, wearing T-shirts with the logo of the International Day of Pulmonary Hypertension, which is celebrated on May 5, 2015.
Also the announcer before athletes` performance has announced that: “Athletes of Lviv region from national team of Ukraine dedicated their performances at the European Championship of Kyokushin Karate to the International Day of Pulmonary Hypertension, which is celebrated on May5, 2015. Pulmonary Hypertension – is rapidly progressive, not reverse lung disease that requires vital and expensive treatment. Pulmonary Hypertension is when the air is left aside.

We would like to congratulate Yuryi Krukov on the second place taken at the European Championship of Kyokushin Karate.
