We are aware with the fact that the corpse transplantation in Ukraine is suspended by applicable law, there is no record of donors and recipients. However there are discussions of changes to the Law of Ukraine “On transplantation of organs and other anatomic human materials.” These changes include “presumption of consent”, but no less important is the moral willingness of society to donate.

The demand for organs in all countries is bigger than their actual presence. Therefore, it is important to resolve the issue as soon as possible in donor countries where this question is suspended.
