LCCF “Sister Dalila” contacted the mayor of Sudovovyshynska OTG Stankevych O.Z. with an
explanation in response to the letter dated March 19, 2018 that Dmitry Kaviy (son of Julia) has
reached 16 and has the right to independently go abroad, in accordance with part 3 of Article 313 of
the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, a volunteer from India agreed to come to Ukraine and take Dmitry to his mother in
India, since relatives did not want to accompany Dmytro.
We remind you that for transplantation, the condition of the clinic is the presence of a relative with
the patient.
