Everyone has right for life. We are against the balancing of the State Budget for 2020 at the expense of treatment for patients with rare diseases, pulmonary hypertension. We are against patients seeing  bottoms of the cans for medicines. Today together with patient organizations and patients we announced this again at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine.
A possible mistake of The Ministry of Health of Ukraine with double cutting of funding for the treatment of patients with rare diseases and pulmonary hypertension can cost the lives of hundreds of people.
