Anna Demianets (1999) from Hadyach (Poltava region) became the ward of the “Sister  Dalila” Charity Foundation. Anna has pulmonary hypertension of the III class since early childhood, due to congenital heart disease. In 2000, the girl underwent an operational intervention.
Since 2018, Anna has experienced a significant deterioration in health, a need for oxygen therapy of at least 16 hours per day.
Anna needs  heart-lung organ transplantation at the Fortis Hospital, India (Chennai).
Ministry of Health of Ukraine paid the cost of transplantation.
The active assistance in the logistics of transportation of a girl to India is provided by the State Institution “Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”, in the person of the child’s anesthetist – Dmytro Volodymyrovych Serdtsev.
From our side, the Charity Foundation “Sister  Dalila” provides Anne with Portable Oxygen Generator “InogenOne” for use at the time of the flight to the Indian Clinic (Chennai). This kind of portable oxygen generator can be used on board an airplane.
