To your attention the story #4 of Anna Gromilova (diagnosis – PH):

1. How possible infection COVID-19 can influence on your current health state?

“It seems to me that I would have felt very difficult, because I seldom go out”.

2. How does current situation (widespread infection COVID-19) influence on your life quality/everyday life? And why?

“I stopped going out and communicate with people at all, as I am afraid of being infected very much”.

3. What is your attitude to the calls to boycott security measures (not wearing face masks, risky numerous meetings)? Are you afraid?

“I am afraid of being infected and of possible my close people and friends being infected, as it is unknown how I and they will cope with it”.

5. How do you feel when you that someone is deliberately or undeliberately ignoring guidelines of health security and is threatening by it to his and your health and life?

“I feel very offensive and angry with those people, because they do not care of their and others’ lives”.

6. Are there in your surrounding people, who do not believe in harm from the virus? What is your attitude to it?

“All the people in my surrounding belong to medicine sphere and they all understand danger of this virus”.

7. Were you at any time during pandemic COVID-19 “forced” to visit the family or other meeting (a wedding, funeral, a holiday, a party etc)? What your attitude to it was? Did you attend them? Did you feel any kind of emotional experience after the event?

“From the moment pandemic started I stopped visiting any events, even my close people’s birthdays”.

 

8. Do you feel stress/panic attacks because of current situation and anxiety because of your health, your future and your life? How the thing that causes these attacks does looks like?

“Yes, I had panic attacks and anxiety that is why I had to visit a psychologist to receive support”.

9. How do you feel when you are forced to explain to people that Covid-19 infection can have serious consequences to your health? What their reactions are?

“They are nervous and stop communicating with me”.

10. “What can make you feel safe during COVID-19?

“I will be safe when everybody will follow security measures, distance and wearing face masks”.
