The meeting of the Commission for Social Protection of the Population and ATO Participants at the Lviv Regional State Administration was held.
During the meeting, we, the PH Urda representatives, together with members of the Commission, heard a report from the LODA Department of Social Protection for 2019.
They discussed the directions of work of each member of the commission, submission of proposals to the work plan of the Commission.
We have drawn the attention of the Commission to people with orphan diseases and have voiced the inconvenience of their technical rehabilitation facilities,
which are not adapted for Orphan patients. These are special trolleys that provide social protection.
We do not want this to be another tick in the implementation of the budget program, but it is really a help for the family, comfort for a person with an orphan disease.
In this case, we have voiced the needs of the Orphan Bell Patient Community.
We talked about financial support for social enterprises and tried to understand how it could be a resource for PHURDA
It’s nice that a representative from the LODA Department of Social Protection spoke very much about the underdevelopment and complexity,
arising from social protection activities.
