A session at the Anna Mazurenko Children’s Health Center was held in a close circle. Halyna Kapshiy helped us to seek our flow of thoughts, feelings, emotions, interactions. Be light, heavy, fast, whirl with the wind and the sun, at sea and in the mountains. And Roman Andrievsky “forced” us to draw). We firstly flew to strange and distant lands, searching for our cozy, dreamy or fantasy place, an island in the infinity of our subconscious. Then we visualized our islands, special places on them, mountains, trails and gardens. In short, we rested and looked for the internal resource and charge! Thank you for these emotions.
