WE HAVE TO CONTINUE THE STRUGGLE FOR ALINA’S LIFE, FOR THOSE UKRAINIANS WHO IN THEIR NATIVE COUNTRY ARE LEFT ON THEIR OWN.

FOR PATIENTS, FOR THOSE WHO GOT TRANSPLANTATION, FOR THOSE WHO NEED IMMUNOSUPPRESSION. STRUGGLE FOR EVERY HUMAN’S LIFE, BECAUSE WHAT’S MORE PRECIOUS THAN THIS? How do you think, Ulana Suprun, Kostyantyn Rudenko, Borys Todurov, Bogdan Dubnevich, and those who are concerned?

These are the words of Natalya Gordienko, the mother  of the only child in Ukraine who had organ transplantation in farIndia.

“I am very tired and crushed morally. Initially, there were no medicines, very expensive ones. We knocked at all doors and managed to get treatment. Then there was a diagnosis in Austria. The state, unfortunately, could not pay for it. This charitable foundation hepled us with it. Then, another year of struggle for transplantation. The whole world knew about this issue. Unfortunately, no one, except   India, can help Ukrainians with organ transplantation. There was a long period for waiting; waiting for 6 months for transplantation in foreign country is equal to living on a gunpowder tub. Without sleep, in constant stress, on the verge of mental breakdown. And even when we passed these 7 circles of HELL and India gave Alina the chance to live, our problems didn’t end. A new problem! Alina is still the only child (there is another adult), who had heart and lung transplantation. I was told in the face that THE CHILD WAS HOSPICALLY PALIATIVE! WHAT DID YOU THINK, WHEN YOU DECIDED TO CONDUCT TRANSPLANTATION? WHAT YOU WERE HOPING FOR? I acted like a mother, I thought with my head! I WAS SAVING MY CHILD’S LIFE!

Iappealed to DOH and did not receive the answer

I urge the DOH of Ukraine and doctors to act in accordance with their powers and responsibilities!

Alina needs immunosuppressors and a doctor (who knows how to watch a patient after lung transplantation). The ability to perform tests prescribed after transplantation. I’m shocked, running from one clinic to the other searching for reagents and place to make the tests?

STOP TORTURING US!”
