Those, who want to enter the higher educational institution and who were diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension are exempt from passing External Independent Testing (EIT)!!!

ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!!

Dear friends: those, who want to enter the higher educational institution and who were diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension or any pathological conditions that have led to persistent function disorders of vital organs and systems of cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal tract, liver, kidney, bladder, central, peripheral nervous system, musculoskeletal system, immune system and endocrine system ARE EXEMPT FROM PASSING EIT.

This is clearly stipulated by the Order №124/95 of Ministry of education and science of Ukraine and Department of Health dated 25.02.2008 “On approving the list of diseases that may impede the passing of the EIT:http://zakon3.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z0189-08

To be exempted you should contact the medical and consulting committee (MCC) of domestic health institution, get all necessary examinations and receive MCC CONCLUSION on having the disease, which can be an obstacle to the passing of an external independent evaluation (EIT).

Be ready for the fact that in health care institution’s staff may assure you that the Order of MESU and DOH №124/95 is canceled, but it’s not true, the order is valid.

In case of refusal of MCC to give you a conclusion on a possible exemption from EIT, ask for a written refusal response and complain to the appropriate health department, adding written refusal.

After that, expect a call from the MCC of health institution, in which you will be invited to get the required conclusion.

Then, enter into higher education institution you wish, submitting a statement of introduction, conclusion of MCC and others required documents without passing EIT. Your documents will be accepted and you will be allowed to pass entrance exams.
