For the past several months, the draft of the program “Health”, which includes the issue of providing an orphan disabled child Alina Didusenko with vital medicines “Revatio” and “Ventavis”, can’t get through from the Kyiv Regional State Administration into the Kyiv regional council for consideration and approval by profiled health commission, the budget Committee and approval by deputies at the session of the Kyiv regional council.

Officials of Kyiv RSA systematically deceiving us as Patient Organizations in their numerous letters of 01/04/2016 №11-10/10038 and 02/08/2016 №1-104-156 as well as telephone conversations, claiming that any day soon the governor of Kyiv RSA will sign the draft program and it will be handed to the Kiev regional council, noting the approximate time of medicines purchasing – March 2016

However, as we can see from the reply letter of Acting Head of the Kyiv Regional Council Maybozhenko V.V. on 02.03.2016 №186/08 and recent conversation with the Deputy Director of the Department of Health of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Hlushanytsia O.F., the draft of program “Health” didn’t come to the Kyiv regional council, but any day soon will be signed by the governor and handed over.

And all this is despite two calls to the government emergency number №4813473 and electronic complaint on the government portal №HO-4814897 sent to the Kyiv State Administration along with resolution of prime-minister Yatsenyuk A.P. of 02.11.2016.

THEREFORE, OFFICIALS OF THE KYIV REGIONAL STATE ADMINISTRATION “SPIT” ON PRIME-MINISTER’S RESOLUTION. WHAT ELSE CAN WE TALK ABOUT…
