The cost of treatment a child is over 80 000 UAH for a month. The state does not provide a medicines, only this year in July and August Boryspil district hospital has allocated 1 package of preparation “Ventavis” for inhalations but the child needs 4 packages per month.

Director of “Sister Delilah” CF and NGO “Association of rare disease in Ukraine – Pulmonary Hypertension” Kulish Oksana said that Ukraine is not a member of the “Eurotransplant” and we don’t provide Europe with organs of our donors, although we lay up claim for their ones. We are negotiating with the Austrian clinic, which is ready to accept this child for a diagnosis as an exception.
