Citizens of Lviv collect plastic caps to help patients with pulmonary hypertension – an article on portal ZAXID.NET.30/08/2015
Lviv holds a continuing campaign “Cork for life” to help patients with pulmonary hypertension. The campaign involves a massive collection of plastic caps from bottles, yoghurts, pens, creams, drugs.
The collected caps are conveyed to the recycling company. Raised money is transferred on the account of the Lviv Charitable Foundation of “Sister Delilah” for the purchase of essential medicines to patients with pulmonary hypertension, informs the press office of the Lviv City Council.
Residents of the city hand over collected caps in schools, hospitals, district administration, supermarkets, cafes, where the special containers are placed. Every 2 months caps are brought together into the collection point, namely a boarding school №2 (Prosvity st., 2).
So organizers urge all citizens of Lviv to support this initiative.
“Gather corks of plastic bottles of yogurt, pens, install your own containers, tell friends about the event, take photos with the 5-liter bottle of corks, place it on the Facebook, get a certificate to the” Children’s Planet “- said in a statement.
