These days the team of the “Sister Dalila” Foundation with the support of “Ukrainian Philanthropists Forum” took part in the training “Prevention of Professional Burning”. Such a training is extremely important for everyone who works to help others.
During the training, we identified the symptoms of emotional distortion, and discussed their prevention and overcoming. We carried our negative emotions on paper, “fought with sharp corners,” creating their own mandala. Also, we went through a very deep self-examination, with the help of colored olives metaphorically portray themselves and the five most important inhabitants and values \u200b\u200band the connection between, as well as the limits of their environment. It was a true brainstorming session for the subconscious. We recognized personal priorities, but therel stil remains what to think about and work out. The training was extremely helpful.
