{"id":1913,"date":"2015-06-30T23:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-06-30T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poryatunok.info\/2015\/06\/30\/everyday-challenge\/"},"modified":"2015-06-30T23:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-06-30T21:00:00","slug":"everyday-challenge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poryatunok.info\/en\/news-and-events\/news\/everyday-challenge\/","title":{"rendered":"Everyday Challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"UK\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;During Sarah<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">`s&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">pregnancy<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> the<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> scan showed congenital diaphragmatic hernia<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> of fertal<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">, which meant that Isabelle (<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">in this way <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">Sarah decided to name the girl) <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">that there <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">will be problems<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> with healyh<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">When<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> child was born, doctors diagnosed pulmonary hypertension.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">It certainly was a challenge for Isabel and her family. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Since the birth<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> the girl <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">has <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">constantly needed oxygen therapy and taking <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">of <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">heart drugs.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> Inspite of<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> getting the appropriate medication, <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">she <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">still felt constantly tired. &#8220;The pressure in her lungs was as if it ran a marathon every day,&#8221; &#8211; says Sara. Any cold or flu <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">were <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">&nbsp;life threatening<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> for the girl<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Because of<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> to Isabel<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">`s disease my<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> husband<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> and I<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> decided that someone always has to by<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">at<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> home to look after <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">their <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">daughter, and at the same time it meant that one of us now will be unemployed and <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">there will be in <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">half<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> money less<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Since her <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">early age<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">Isabel<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> has been<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> interested in playing the piano. At the age of five, the girl said she wanted a piano. &#8220;We<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">agreed to by<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">it<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">, knowing<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> she will cope with it<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">. &#8221; &ndash; Sarah<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">says<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">. For Isabel, the piano was to be means <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">of<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> empowerment, because <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">she<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> would have an opportunity to play like other children<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">. Unfortunately, we had no money to buy the piano<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">. Isabelle carefully collected<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> everything, she was <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">she was given on her <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">birthdays and Christmas. And, unfortunately, it was not enough. Once Isabel<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">`s aunt<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">, knowing the &nbsp;girl<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">`s dream<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">addressed <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">to the charity fund for help. And then <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">a new<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> piano<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> appeared in the house.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">&#8220;We are incredibly grateful to donors&#8221; &ndash;<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">Sarah<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">says<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> &#8211; &#8220;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">T<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">he first time Isabel sat down at the piano, I felt hope. I thought we might go through it. I still think so when I see the piano<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> every morning<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The child`s wish<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> become something more than just a <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">wish<\/span><span lang=\"UK\">, it gave <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">the<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> child with a dangerous disease the opportunity to forget about <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">her<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> health<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> condition<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> and<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> to<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> feel like a normal child.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><span lang=\"UK\">This is a gift for<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> all<\/span><span lang=\"UK\"> life.
