At the conference we discussed the problem of pulmonary hypertension and <\/strong><strong>possible ways of their <\/strong><strong>solution in <\/strong><strong>the <\/strong><strong>countries where the new association<\/strong><strong>s <\/strong><strong>will be <\/strong><strong>established<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8220;<\/strong><strong>S<\/strong><strong>afety<\/strong><strong> is in number<\/strong><strong>,&#8221; <\/strong><strong>that<\/strong><strong> is why members of associations came to the conclusion that we need to <\/strong><strong>establish<\/strong><strong> an Eastern European Alliance of pulmonary hypertension. This initiative <\/strong><strong>was<\/strong><strong> supported by the European Association of pulmonary hypertension.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;It should be stressed that Ukraine has a number of problems that we are not <\/strong><strong>able to solve on our own<\/strong><strong> but we hope<\/strong><strong> for <\/strong><strong>&nbsp;support<\/strong><strong>from the <\/strong><strong>European associations, alliances and organizations <\/strong><strong>that<\/strong><strong> can help us <\/strong><strong>to <\/strong><strong>overcome major challenges of pulmonary hypertension in Ukraine<\/strong><strong>which are the following<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. The problem of access to drugs for pulmonary hypertension (state program, compulsory licensing <\/strong><strong>of the <\/strong><strong>Ukrainian sildenafil <\/strong><strong>as <\/strong><strong>the drug f<\/strong><strong>or<\/strong><strong> pulmonary hypertension).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2.<\/strong><strong>P<\/strong><strong>ulmonary hypertension<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Expertise<\/strong><strong>(diagnosis, medical treatment, education for physicians<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong><strong> immunosuppressive<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong>).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Pulmonary Hypertension in pediatrics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. <\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong>ransplantation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. Overcoming the informati<\/strong><strong>ve barrier<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong><strong> raising<\/strong><strong> awareness <\/strong><strong>of<\/strong><strong> caregivers<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>patients with pulmonary hypertension; legal and psychological assistance to patients with pulmonary hypertension.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;We know that <\/strong><strong>it <\/strong><strong>will not be easy, but day to day, hand in hand, step by step to the goal<\/strong><strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;On the14-17th &nbsp;of &nbsp;January 2015 due to the assistance of the European Association of PH in the Kingdom of Norway, Oslo there was run a conference in support of the newly establisherd associations of&nbsp;PH, in which representatives of various countries, namely Ukraine, Macedonia, Belarus, Serbia, Croatia and Russia took place .
